1 month in
Pleased to report that I'm down 4.4 lbs! I mainly concentrated on two things this month. Moving more, and logging everything, which I'm happy to report has been checked off as successful! I'm logging all my food into Lose It! as well as Exercise with both Fitbit and Lose It doing their magic thing and syncing together.
I'm marking the beginning of this new "reboot" as being July 19th.
45.6 to go for my #50Before50 challenge. I'm wanting to lose 50 pounds before my 50th birthday on July 12th.
My new goals for this month is to just going to continue doing what I'm doing. In my adhd brain, I'm a little scattered because I want to actually start a challenge for myself but I think I will do that when the new month starts in a few weeks. I think, starting next week however, I'm going to aim to hit 10k steps Monday through Friday. Slow and steady because I know how I am, if I go balls to the wall, I will get overwhelmed and just stop. So I'm slowly adding stuff in.
I do notice this is so much harder to get the weight off now than it was last successful time I tried (gulp, 10 years ago).
