To begin anew (again)

I laid my plans out in yesterday's post but today is all about where I'm at now.

I took my "Starting" photos.  Naturally I hate them but for accountability purposes, here we go.



260.  That is what I weigh now.  How the heck did this even happen?  I guess like everything, it slowly creeps on you until you are smacked in the face with reality.  Do I really look like this?   Rhetorical question, because, yes I do.  Time to lace up those shoes and get this lifestyle change started.  

Day 1 of at least 30 minutes of exercise is done!
